TennoCon grows and grows each year. But even with a two-day event that encompasses two games, the TennoLive broadcast that caps off the con with all the big Warframe reveals is still the highlight. (Although I think the Tenno Concert is giving that a run for its money this year!) This is where fans get to watch a live demo of upcoming content, experience a tease of next year’s announcement, and almost always enjoy a surprise or two. While we will elaborate with more details and interviews later this weekend, here’s a look at Warframe’s announcements in a nutshell.

Summer fun

• Valkyr gets a glowup with a sparkling heirloom cosmetic, created in collaboration with community artist Pertti Bahaa; it launches July 21st.
• The much requested pool noodle weapon has arrived! Starting August 6th, bash your enemies — and friends — in melee with the NoodleTron in the Dog Days event.
• Though due in October (isn’t that just spooky summer?), Warframe will move to tabletops with a TTRPG collaboration with Starfinder, Warframe x Starfinder: Operation Orias.

Unannounced fall update

• The 62nd Warframe is guaranteed to be a “fun guy”
• Learn mods with the new Mod tutorial quest: The Teacher.
• Oberon rework! Listen to the cheers…
• Lavos gets a deluxe skin
• More QoL updates; tune into the September Devstream for all the details.
• Welcome to Android, Tenno! Though separate from the update, the closed beta will invite folks to playtest this fall from signups found on the official page.
• Also coming soon is Caliban Prime alongside new Prime weapons and accessories.

Winter wonders

• You knew The Old War, now meet The Old Peace!
• The main quest introduces an academy on Tau; the Tenno goes back into memories to a point where Orokin safeguard peace, and Sentients, Grineer, and Corpus are all together.
• Operator has a companion, a Truth Bloom buddy called Adis.
• New operator ultimate ability from focus expansion — a bad arse massive sword pulled from the void.
• Meet two new protoframes: Harrow (Father Lyon Allard) and Wisp (Marie Leroux).
• Add in the 63rd Warframe, a devilish Uriel, and you get The Devil’s Triad, a new cinematic side story.
• Welcome back, wall running!
• Operator rework includes more hair! (Also cosmetics and character models.)

The future is Tau

• The sneak peak for next year’s content: Tau! The Void War story arc that The Old Peace continues sets the stage for the major update that explores Tau in 2026.
